In order to complete the Den of Woe sidequest and get the Shuyin and Lenne sphere, you'll need to have all the Crimson Spheres in the game. Below is where you can get them:

Crimson Sphere 1
This is one you'll get automatically. All you need to do is go through the game. You'll get it after a few cutscenes in Bevelle during the third chapter.

Crimson Sphere 2
This one will be given to you by Nooj and Gippal in Chapter 3.

Crimson Sphere 3
This one will be given to you when you get Crimson Sphere 2.

Crimson Sphere 4
When you are in Chateau Leblanc, in either Chapter 3 or 5, pick this one up in a chest.

Crimson Sphere 5
Talk to Leblanc in the engine room during Chapter 4. She'll give it to you.

Crimson Sphere 6
All you'll need to do is enter Via Infinito. This can be done during Chapter 5.

Crimson Sphere 7
You'll need to head to the Den of Woe located at Mushroom Rock Road during Chapter 2. You'll get it from Nooj.

Crimson Sphere 8
Defeat the boss located on the 20th level of the Via Infinito.

Crimson Sphere 9
Do the mission of ridding Mushroom Rock Road of fiends during Chapter 1.

Crimson Sphere 10
Obtained automatically during Chapter 2.
