Full Throttle is Paine's special dressphere. When selected, Both Rikku and Yuna will dissappear from the battle screen, however, the two will be replaced by the two wings attached to Full Throttle, Dextral Wing and Sinistral Wing. Just like the other Special Dresspheres, Full Throttle has a large array of abilities that allows it do cause devestating damage to the enemy as well as restore the HP of the party members.
In order for Full Throttle to have the power to exceed 9999 HP, you'll need to get the Corpus Invictus key item. You can get this key item at the Mi'hen highroad by riding a Chocobo. In order to break the 9999 Damage limit, you'll need to get the Victor Primoris key item. You can get this inside a chest in the secret dungeon of the Thunder Plains during Chapter 5.
How to Obtain:
In Chapter 1 of the game, head to Macalania Woods. Find Tromell and speak to him a total of four times and he'll hand over the dressphere.

Dextral Arts, Stamina, Mettle, Reboot
Crusher-L's commands:
Sinistral Arts, Stamina, Mettle, Reboot
