Shemhazai The Whisperer
Shemhazai is the third esper you'll recieve in the game. The neat thing about this esper is that all of her attacks are non-elemental, which means that she's pretty effective against most everything. Also something to take note of is that she automatically has both haste and libra casted on her while she is summoned into battle.
