So, there is nothing to do at first. Talk around, looks at shops, or whatever else. You'll need to go to the beach, where you'll meet with Pricilla. Looks like she's in danger... and you're in for a boss fight.

Since this boss is a flying type of boss, Have Yuffie[if you have her!] and Barret in your party, since both of these characters are long ranged. Also, have Cloud equipped with the newly found long-ranged materia you got in the Mythril Mine. Put all three of these characters into the back row.
This boss will cast the water bubble skill, which encases the character into a bubble which doesn't allow them to be in battle. Think of this as the magic version of the skill Reno used earlier in the game. You can destroy the bubble by casting magic onto it, but make sure to hit the bubble and not the character itself!
The monster also uses Big Wave which hits all characters for around 100 points of damage.
Personally, I did not have to heal once in this battle, so you should be able to easily defeat this monster. For beating the boss, you'll get the Power Wrist.

After the battle, you'll have to do CPR on Pricilla. Simply follow the onscreen instructions and you should get it right the first time.
Stay the night at the house at the beginning of town and the next day Pricilla will give Cloud the Shiva materia as a "thank you" gift. She'll also let Cloud ride Mr. Dolphin to the top of the pole. Stand in place and call Mr. Dolphin, and he'll lift Cloud up to the top of the pole. It may take several tries, but eventually Cloud will be able to get up there. For an easy way, just call the dolphin twice in the same place without moving and he'll take Cloud straight to the top with no hassle involved.
