Onboard the train!
When you speak to Tifa on the train, an alarm will sound, which means you are at the checkpoint. Oh, no! You'll get a time limit to run from car to car. This shouldn't to be a problem. Remember, in the first car, you can talk to a man lying on the seat at the back of the car, to get a Phoenix Down. Also, in the second car, talk to the guy in the front of a car for the Hi-Potion. And finally, in the third car, talk to a guy walking the opposite direction of you to get 100 gil.
Getting the items can be a risk, so only do it if you are certain you can get past in the time limit. None of them are breathtaking items, so it will not be a big deal if you lose out on them.
After the time limit ends and you're in the last car, talk to Tifa and you'll exist the car by...jumping out of it.
The Reactor
Head to the end of the tunnel where you should find a small hole. Examine it and the characters will decide to crawl through the path. Once in the hole, talk to the team members and they'll help guide you in the right place. Remember, save before you get in the actual reactor, otherwise...well, you'll be screwed if you end up with a "game over" screen.
Once inside the reactor head down the path. You'll eventually get on an elevator and head into a control room. So, you'll need to open up some security doors, but the only way to do this is to push all six buttons at the same time. Easy task when you have a three-man party! You'll see Tifa and Barret press some buttons, you you'll need to press "X" at just the right time in order to hit the buttons at the same time as them. If you succeed, well, congrats! Head through the reactor, and make sure to open any chests you see.
At the end, the team will encounter SOLDIERS. Oh, no! Sadly, you'll have to fight a boss at this point.
