Pet Pals are the cute little magazines you find in the game that give a little snippit about doggies and teach a new skill to Angelo, the little doggy that Rinoa owns. These skills are used for Angelo's limit breaks.
The Pet Shop is mostly located in Esthar's shopping center.

When you get on the train with Zell and Selphie for your first mission, Zell will hand this over to Squall. A "look what I found" sort of thing.
Pet Pals II
This one will be in Rinoa's Bed on the Forest Owl's train after the little train connecting game.

Buy this at the Pet Shops.

Also buy this at the pet shops.

Buy it at the pet shop.
Pet Pals VI:
Buy it at the pet shop.
