The jump rope mini-game is the very first one that will open up in the game. It is avaliable in the beginning when you first have control of Vivi. All you have to do is go to the Alexandria Square and talk to the jump roping little girls. They'll ask Vivi if he wants to join. You can also access this game later in the Alexandria Bell Tower after you get control of the airship. At that point, both Vivi and Eiko can play this game.
