There is a small secret in the game that will allow you to listen to some music from Final Fantasy III while in the Black Mage Village!

Thought the auction house was useless? When you come back from Terra head to the Treno Auction House and buy both the Doga's Artifact and Une's Mirror. Once you do so, head to the Black Mage Village and speak to the black mage standing in the inn. Give him the items and you'll hear music from Final Fantasy III! Do note that it will only last until you leave the village.
