The first time you visit the Disney castle, you can get this in the library.

Torn Page 2
The first time you go to the Pride Lands, you can find this in the Oasis.

Torn Page 3
After you defeat Demyx in Hollow Bastion, you can find this one in the Crystal Fissure.

Torn Page 4
The second time you visit the Land of Dragons, you'll find this one inside the Throne Room.

Torn Page 5
When you visit Agrabah for the second time, you can get this one in the Ruined Chamber.
